I bought an Hp Mini 1000 about a week ago and wanted to share my thoughts about it. I also decided to compare it to my Asus Eee Pc 2GB Surf. Please excuse the poor video quality. I will do my best to answer any questions.

ahh forget being embarrassed watch my older vids for embarrassment, its funny cause im shy in the older vids, i sound like an idiot.lol oh its nothing specific, jus like the attitude you put in the video, cheered me up ! lol so do u still use this netbook ?
lol i had that asus, i think i had the 901 or 902 model, something near that…man i had it for 5 hours….sent it back next day, was a NIGHTMARE, i bought the linux version and it was so buggy and also the netbook was just way too slow, my iphone is faster than the netbook.lol. but netbooks now are getting better, and the hp mini 1000 is NICE…im dying to get a netbook, but the performance is not good enough yet, i think ill get a gigabyte tablet pc netbook
Hi, was wondering if you can surf smoothly on youtube on your netbook? looking for one for my mom and she specified she wanted to watch videos on youtube.
thanks
but u can also buy a extra memory box thing lol ( srry had brain fart) but u can download any game u play on to it and hook it up 2 ur mini and enjoy ur wonderful comp game on da netbook
Well, I think it really depends on your needs. I have a desktop and this HP Mini. If you just need it for portability for word processing, internet, and IM its great- but if you want it for gaming it probably isn’t a good choice.
If it were true that Linux distributions couldn't write to shares on Windows NTFS formatted servers, this woulds also apply to W9x systems trying to write to NT-family NTFS servers. The actual write, including handling of the file system, however is dealt with by the file server in question, so both Linux and W9x clients can write to the NTFS shares.
