I’ve gone through a few different notebook coolers, and done reviews on each of them. I’m seriously considering a switch to the Laptop Lifts though! http

    @solarlolax Go to MORE POWER OPTIONS>CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS (ON YOUR PREFERRED PLAN)>CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS>PROCESSOR POWER MANAGEMENT>REDUCE THE % FOR THE MAXIMUM

    Do you know if there is anything like this that is NOT made of rubber? I have a latex allergy and am looking for something that’s small and very portable (I travel a lot with my Macbook Air for business).

    @jsgorana yes this is the best option to cool laptop, use power saver mode in vista or win 7 if you run a 2 gig dual core cpu using power saver mode it will lower the cpu to 1 ghz per core lowering the core voltage uses less heat i run my dual core i5 540m 2.53mhz in power saver mode and it runs fast but uses less energy and power.

    lol i can make those lifts my self with paper probably just fold it and tap it also i have some pieces of rubber like that that will work

    ~~Laptop Lingo~~

    Laptop- A mobile computer that is big and or bulky, has a thickness over 1″ and has a screen size of 13″ or larger

    Notebook- A mobile computer that is around 1″ thick and anywhere from 13″ to 17″ of screen size

    Netbook- A mobile computer that is less than 1″ thick and 14″ or under of screen size

    Mini- A mobile computer that around 1″ inch thick and under 13″ of screen size

    Some people still call all of mobile computers, laptops

    a laptop has got mor feachers and stuff than a net book, if u get viruses on a laptop, u can pull out the (disc) n clean it. but a netbook! u half 2 send it back 2 a company and havethem clean it, then ship it back 2 you!!>:(… ยง

    Best option to cool the laptop is to REDUCE THE Minimum & Maximum Processing % from power options.
    I tried all the stupid products and stupid softwares but finally I got this FREE and EFFICIENT solution.
    Just reduce the Processr % by 10 or 20% in Min an Max

    @peponiproduction my shit touches 112c when i do stress test fucking OCCT and i crashed when in a game after a few hours if ur not going over 100c dont worry

    my laptop gpu used to run on 110 Celsius…. but after i took it apart and cleaned it i never got up to 60
