this is my Dv5 1225ca laptop playing gta 4 AMD Athlon x2 64 rated at a 5.1ghz ATI HD 3200 IGP 3gb ram vista 64bit ati driver version 9.4 all settings on low and get about 20-35 fps

    Can you post up the specific link? If so that would be very helpful. GTA Forums is awesome but, the tweaks aren’t explained well. Can you post up the EXACT website you used? My GTA IV has 9-14 FPS on low settings and I have the same computer as you.

    @Roundy1993 Tweaking .CFG files can give a indredible boost of fps so before you post shit on peoples vid fucking look it up you retard im suprised you know what a game engine is LMFAO

    u have a major problem buddy, the files are tweaked so that bloom is off, and the draw distance is way, way less then stock. also lowered the amount of rain particles the game draws, and lastly the distance u can see “light” OH! google is such a good tool, use it. So before u comment on a video calling it a fake, get your facts straight before making an ass of yourself.

    I hope you know that you CAN’T “tweak” files to make a game run better, you idiot. I doubt with your account name “Hotdogfart” that you have the intellectual capacity to do such a thing without completely crashing the engine. This video is a fake.

    It’s not overclocked to 5.1 it’s rated 5.1 because it has 2cores so speed would be like 2.6ghz

    google gta4 tweaks there is tons of info on doing this, and its really easy to do, just have to edit a few files with notepad+

    I will have to say this fake, cause i have this computer:
    AMD Phenom 9550 x4 2.3
    4 GB RAM Kingstom
    Ati Radeon HD3200 @ 512 share memory

    and i only can play on slow, that graphics are not from the Hd3200.
